A Quiet Memory That Started It All

Realax began with a childhood memory: my mother gently warming a towel with herbs when I was sick, or leaving the soft scent of lavender by my bedside to help me sleep. These small rituals taught me that healing doesn’t always come loud. Sometimes, it’s in a breath, a scent, or a quiet act of care.
